Residency in Internal Medicine

1. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school or equivalent.
2. Valid ECFMG certificate for international medical graduates.
3. Registration through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service) and NRMP participation.
4. USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK scores released by mid-February for consideration.
5. Ability to obtain an unrestricted medical license in Oklahoma (e.g., J-1 visa sponsorship for IMGs).

The Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine is a three-year postgraduate clinical training pathway designed to produce highly competent internists ready for independent practice or advanced subspecialty training.
