The OB/GYN Residency Program at Aurora Health Care is an ACGME-accredited postgraduate training program designed to prepare physicians for independent practice in obstetrics and gynecology. Residents train in general obstetrics, surgical gynecology, and subspecialty rotations including maternal-fetal medicine, reproductive endocrinology, urogynecology, and gynecologic oncology. The curriculum blends hands-on clinical experience with didactic lectures, simulation training in advanced surgical skills, and weekly continuity clinic responsibilities. Residents provide care in ambulatory clinics, inpatient services, and labor/delivery units, gaining proficiency in deliveries, operative procedures, patient counseling, and prenatal care.
