The Neurology Residency Program provides comprehensive training in adult neurology through a balanced combination of inpatient and outpatient clinical experiences. Residents receive exposure to general neurology and a broad range of subspecialties, including Behavioral Neurology, Movement Disorders, Neuromuscular Disorders, Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology, Epilepsy, Stroke, Neurocritical Care, Neuro-Oncology, Neuro-Ophthalmology, Headache and Pain Medicine, Neuroinfectious Disease, Sleep Disorders, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Neuro-Palliative Care. Training occurs at four major centers—University of Colorado Hospital, VA Medical Center, Denver Health Medical Center, and Children’s Hospital Colorado—with additional opportunities in clinical research, quality improvement, medical education, wellness, and interdisciplinary learning.
