The Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship at UMass Chan Medical School is a two-year, ACGME-accredited program for physicians who have completed a three-year Cardiovascular Disease fellowship, offering training in diagnosing and managing cardiac dysrhythmias, including ICD implantation and arrhythmia drug therapies, aligned with HRS/AHA/ACC guidelines. Fellows take on attending-level responsibilities across outpatient and inpatient settings, supported by strong didactics, research opportunities, and mentorship from faculty across cardiology subspecialties, preparing them for board certification through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
