Eligibility
- MD / DO degree or equivalent international medical degree
- Successful completion of USMLE (Step 1 & Step 2)
- ECFMG certification (for international medical graduates)
- Strong academic and clinical performance
- Dean’s Letter (MSPE) from medical school (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 Letters of Recommendation (preferably including anesthesiology)
- Medical school transcript required
- Personal statement and CV required
- Eligibility for medical licensure in California
- Candidates should demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and commitment to the specialty

- Selected candidates join as PGY-1 residents
