The Keck School of Medicine of USC Anesthesiology Residency Program is a four-year, ACGME-approved categorical residency (PGY-1 to PGY-4) based at Keck Medical Center of USC. The program provides comprehensive clinical training across the major subspecialties of modern anesthesiology, including anesthesia, critical care, and pain medicine. Residents receive hands-on experience through clinical rotations, simulation training, dedicated didactics, Grand Rounds, research opportunities, mentorship, and progressive responsibility. The curriculum also includes exposure to surgical specialties, ICU, emergency medicine, OB/GYN, and advanced anesthesiology subspecialties, preparing residents for independent anesthesiology practice or further fellowship training.
