The four-year Pathology Residency Program provides comprehensive training in Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP), preparing residents for independent practice or fellowship training. The curriculum includes surgical pathology, cytopathology, autopsy pathology, hematopathology, dermatopathology, neuropathology, pediatric pathology, forensic pathology, transfusion medicine, clinical chemistry, microbiology, molecular pathology, and laboratory informatics. Residents train across University of Colorado Hospital, Children’s Hospital Colorado, Denver Health, and the VA Medical Center, with opportunities for research, multidisciplinary conferences, medical student teaching, and progressive clinical responsibility
