1. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
2. USMLE Step I and Step II scores submitted through ERAS
3. ECFMG certificate (for International Medical Graduates)
4. Minimum of two letters of recommendation uploaded to ERAS
5. Participation in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP)
6. Completion of the application by the deadline (typically Nov. 1)
