The Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Fellowship at UCSF School of Medicine, San Francisco is a one-year intensive fellowship designed for physicians seeking advanced training in pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy. The program combines comprehensive clinical training with research and mentorship, covering autologous and allogeneic transplantation, haploidentical transplantation, primary immunodeficiencies, gene therapy, and CAR-T therapy. Fellows gain hands-on experience in pre-, peri-, and post-transplant care, stem cell collection and infusion, bone marrow procedures, cellular therapy manufacturing, and pediatric immunology, while also undertaking mentored clinical research and developing skills in data analysis and academic publication.
