The 13-month Pediatric Physical Therapy Residency provides advanced clinical, didactic, and professional training for licensed physical therapists seeking specialization in Pediatric Physical Therapy. Residents gain experience across Children’s Hospital Colorado inpatient and outpatient services, Aurora Public Schools, Denver RISE School, early intervention, and Adam’s Camp, with at least 150 hours of structured clinical mentorship. The program also includes pediatric coursework, multidisciplinary teamwork, DPT student teaching, research and scholarship opportunities, professional development, and preparation for the ABPTS Pediatric Clinical Specialist (PCS) examination.
