The Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at the University of Minnesota Medical School is a four-year residency providing broad training in all aspects of women’s health, obstetrics, gynecology, and gynecologic surgery. Residents develop clinical and technical skills across outpatient care, emergency services, inpatient units, operating rooms, and delivery rooms, while also gaining experience in evidence-based medicine, healthcare systems, teaching, and patient advocacy. The program offers strong obstetrical and surgical training across multiple clinical sites and exposure to a diverse patient population.
