Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program

1. Must have a medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
2. Must have passing USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 scores; the program does not specify a minimum score.
3. Submit a ResidencyCAS application.
4. Required documents include a personal statement, CV, MSPE/Dean’s Letter, 3–4 letters of recommendation, medical school transcripts, and USMLE transcripts.
5. At least 2 letters of recommendation, including the Chair letter, should be from Obstetrics & Gynecology.
6. For international medical graduates, ECFMG certification or an unrestricted U.S. medical license is required.
7. International applicants must have J-1 visa status or proof of U.S. residency if they are not U.S. citizens.
8. The program sponsors J-1 visas only.

The Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency Program is a four-year residency providing comprehensive training in obstetrics, gynecology, and women’s health. Residents gain progressive clinical and surgical experience in high-risk and routine obstetrics, maternal-fetal medicine, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, urogynecology, complex family planning, and outpatient women’s health. The program also includes research, individualized electives, teaching, and preparation for independent clinical practice and American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology examinations.

2. Submit the ResidencyCAS application and all required supporting documents.
3. Applications must be received by September 23, 2026 for the current cycle.
4. The program reviews applications and selects candidates for interviews.
5. Interview invitations are offered beginning October 27, 2026.
6. Selected applicants attend a virtual interview.
7. Eligible candidates participate in the applicable residency Match process.
