The Vascular Neurology Fellowship Program at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine is a one-year ACGME-accredited fellowship providing advanced training in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic cerebrovascular disorders. Fellows gain comprehensive experience in acute stroke care, inpatient and outpatient stroke management, stroke consultation, telemedicine, and mobile stroke services. Training includes exposure to Neurocritical Care, Neurosurgery, Neuroradiology, Interventional Radiology, and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Fellows also participate in multidisciplinary stroke conferences, case conferences, journal clubs, clinical trials, and research activities, preparing them for independent clinical practice and academic careers in vascular neurology.
