The Pediatric Surgery Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is a 2-year, ACGME-accredited clinical training program conducted primarily at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. It provides comprehensive, high-volume surgical exposure across neonatal surgery, congenital anomalies, pediatric oncology, trauma, thoracic procedures, and minimally invasive surgery. Fellows gain progressive operative responsibility, participate in multidisciplinary care, and engage in research and academic teaching, preparing them for independent practice and subspecialty board certification in pediatric surgery.
