The Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine is a three-year fellowship providing comprehensive clinical, procedural, and research training in pediatric pulmonary medicine. Fellows receive extensive exposure to inpatient, outpatient, and consultation services at Children’s Hospital Colorado, covering conditions such as cystic fibrosis, asthma, diffuse and interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, complex airway disorders, neuromuscular respiratory disease, and sleep disorders. The program emphasizes clinical and procedural expertise, with substantial protected time for clinical, translational, basic, outcomes, quality-improvement, and educational research. Fellows also participate in pulmonary grand rounds, academic half-days, multidisciplinary radiology/pathology conferences, journal clubs, research meetings, and national conferences.
