Fellowship in Nephrology

1. Applicants must meet the program's requirements for the Clinical Nephrology Fellowship.
2. International Medical Graduates must have a valid Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates certificate.
3. The program offers J-1 visa only for International Medical Graduates.

The two-year Nephrology Fellowship is a comprehensive academic training program covering nephrology practice across university and community settings, a Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and a transplant center. The curriculum includes nephrology consultations, outpatient and inpatient care, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home therapies, renal transplantation, critical care exposure, clinical research, clinical trials, and basic research.

2. Fellowship positions are included in the National Resident Matching Program.
3. Submit three Letters of Recommendation.
4. Submit an additional Program Director Letter of Recommendation.
5. Submit Curriculum Vitae and Personal Statement.
6. Submit Medical School Transcript.
7. Submit Medical Student Performance Evaluation / Dean's Letter.
8. Submit a wallet-size color photograph.
9. Submit United States Medical Licensing Examination Transcript.
10. Submit Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination Transcript, if applicable.
