The Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (JHUSOM) is a one-year, ACGME-accredited fellowship designed to provide specialized training in the management of patients with advanced heart failure and those undergoing heart transplantation. Fellows receive comprehensive clinical experience in advanced heart failure therapies, ventricular assist devices (VADs), mechanical circulatory support, pulmonary hypertension, and pre- and post-heart transplant care.
