Otolaryngology Residency Program

The Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery Residency provides comprehensive clinical and surgical training across the full breadth of otolaryngology. Residents gain experience in the major subspecialties of otology/neurotology, pediatric otolaryngology, rhinology, laryngology, head and neck oncology, facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and general otolaryngology. The program emphasizes a high operative case volume, comprehensive educational curriculum, cutting-edge research opportunities, mentorship, and progressive development of the knowledge and surgical skills required for independent practice.

1. Apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)
2. Participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP)
3. Submit the required ERAS application and supporting documents
4. Applications are reviewed based on academic record, achievements, personal qualities, and overall suitability for the specialty
5. Selected applicants are invited for residency interviews
6. Applicants participate in the program's interview and evaluation process
7. Final selection is completed through the NRMP Match
8. The program offers both a 5-year Core Residency Track and a 6-year R25 Research Track
