Fellowship in Rheumatology

1. Applicants must hold a Doctor of Medicine degree or an equivalent medical qualification.
2. Applicants must have completed an accredited three-year Internal Medicine residency before beginning the Rheumatology Fellowship.
3. Applicants must submit a completed application through the Electronic Residency Application Service.
4. Applicants must provide United States Medical Licensing Examination score reports for Steps 1, 2, and 3.
5. Applicants must submit an updated curriculum vitae and a personal statement describing previous research and clinical experience, interest in rheumatology, and career goals.
6. Applicants must provide three letters of recommendation, including one from the Residency Program Director.
7. Applicants must submit an official medical school transcript.
8. International medical graduates must provide an Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates report, if applicable
