The Pediatric Nephrology Fellowship is a 3-year ACGME-accredited program that provides comprehensive clinical and research training in pediatric kidney diseases. Fellows gain extensive experience in inpatient and outpatient nephrology, dialysis, kidney transplantation, and the management of acute and chronic renal disorders. A distinctive feature of the program is the opportunity to earn a Master of Health Science in Clinical Epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health while conducting mentored clinical research. Fellows also participate in multidisciplinary conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and teaching activities, preparing them for careers in academic pediatric nephrology and physician-scientist roles.
