Fellowship in Nephrology

1. MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
2. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
3. Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine
4. Curriculum Vitae and personal statement
5. Letters of recommendation (including residency program director letter)
6. USMLE or COMLEX examination scores
7. Eligibility for medical licensure in Minnesota
8. ECFMG certification for international medical graduates (if applicable)
