Fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology

The Musculoskeletal Radiology Fellowship at UMass Chan Medical School is a one-year ACGME-accredited fellowship designed to provide high-level, state-of-the-art training in musculoskeletal imaging and intervention. Fellows gain comprehensive experience in MRI, CT, ultrasound, radiography, and image-guided procedures for bone, joint, and soft-tissue disorders, including arthritis, trauma, tumors, infections, metabolic disease, and sports-related injuries. The program emphasizes advanced diagnostic interpretation and image-guided interventions, preparing fellows for careers in both academic and private-practice settings

1. Complete the UMass Chan or Universal Fellowship Application Form.
2. Submit an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
3. Submit a Personal Statement.
4. Provide three Letters of Recommendation, including one from the Radiology Residency Program Director.
5. Submit the USMLE Transcript showing completion of all required USMLE Steps.
6. Provide proof of ABR certification/eligibility or equivalent qualification.
7. IMG applicants must submit their ECFMG Certificate.
8. Send recommendation letters directly from the Program Coordinator or letter writer to the fellowship office.
9. Applicants are considered for an interview after all required application materials have been received.
