The one-year Molecular Genetic Pathology Fellowship provides comprehensive training in molecular pathology through rotations at the Colorado Molecular Correlates Laboratory and Precision Diagnostics Laboratory at Children’s Hospital Colorado. Training covers solid tumor molecular oncology, molecular hematopathology, inherited disease testing, genomic analysis, pharmacogenomics, mitochondrial and biochemical genetics, molecular microbiology, cytogenetics, and outpatient genetics. Fellows also participate in laboratory management, journal clubs, didactic teaching, and validation of at least one clinical test during the fellowship.
