The Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at the University of Minnesota is a one-year ACGME-accredited program that trains fellows to provide expert care for patients with serious illnesses across all stages and ages. The program offers comprehensive experience in adult and pediatric hospice and palliative care, with training across academic, community, inpatient, outpatient, hospice, and VA settings. Fellows work as members of interprofessional teams and gain experience in inpatient palliative care, hospice services, pediatric palliative care, and continuity clinics.
