The Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism Fellowship at the University of Minnesota is a two-year ACGME-accredited fellowship providing advanced clinical and research training in the diagnosis, management, and prevention of endocrine, diabetes, and metabolic disorders. Fellows receive clinical training across three teaching hospitals, covering outpatient and inpatient endocrinology, diabetes, thyroid disorders, pituitary disease, obesity, osteoporosis and mineral disorders, and insulin pump management. The program also emphasizes endocrine physiology, consultant-level clinical skills, research, teaching, and scholarly activity, with an optional third year for additional research training.
