The Consultation–Liaison Psychiatry Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is a 1-year ACGME-accredited subspecialty program focused on the integration of psychiatry with general medical care. The fellowship provides intensive training in evaluating and managing psychiatric conditions in medically and surgically ill patients, including those in inpatient units, ICUs, oncology, and transplant services. Fellows work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with physicians across specialties while gaining expertise in psychopharmacology, delirium, mood disorders, and psychosomatic medicine. The program also includes didactic teaching, case conferences, and research opportunities, preparing graduates for board certification in Consultation–Liaison Psychiatry and leadership roles in academic or hospital-based settings.
