The Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program is a 12-month ACGME-accredited clinical fellowship that prepares physicians to become experts in hospice and palliative medicine. The program offers Adult and Pediatric tracks, providing comprehensive training across inpatient, outpatient, hospice, rehabilitation, and home care settings. Fellows work within multidisciplinary teams and receive individualized mentorship from experienced faculty while participating in weekly didactics, scholarly projects, quality improvement initiatives, and research. The fellowship emphasizes excellence in patient-centered care, communication, teaching, leadership, and lifelong learning to prepare graduates for careers in academic medicine and clinical practice.
