Fellowship Hospice & Palliative Medicine

Step 1:

Complete an MD or equivalent medical degree.

Step 2:

Successfully complete an accredited residency program in an eligible specialty.

Step 3:

Register with ERAS and NRMP.

Step 4:

Submit application through ERAS.

Step 5:

Upload required documents:

• CV
• Personal Statement
• Medical School Transcript
• Three Letters of Recommendation
• Dean's Letter
• USMLE/COMLEX Scores
• ECFMG Certificate (if applicable)

Step 6:

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Step 7:

Selected candidates are invited for interviews between September and November.

Step 8:

Participate in the NRMP Match process.

Step 9:

Complete credentialing and licensing requirements.

Step 10:

Begin fellowship training on July 1.
