Emergency Medicine Administrative/Leadership Fellowship

1. Must have satisfactorily completed an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine (EM) Residency Training Program.
2. Must be Board-eligible.
3. Must have passed all 3 steps of the USMLE.
4. Must be eligible for a full Massachusetts medical license

The Emergency Medicine Administrative/Leadership Fellowship prepares emergency physicians for leadership and administrative roles in emergency and healthcare delivery. The curriculum covers leadership and administration, communication and project management, emergency department operational and financial management, quality assurance and risk management, process improvement, systems-based thinking, and quality and operations research. Fellows also gain practical administrative experience while working clinically as junior attendings in the Emergency Department.
