Fellowship in Administrative

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, finance, or a related discipline
2. Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MPH, or equivalent) earned within one year before start or during fellowship completion window
3. Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in healthcare management
4. Eligible to work in the United States (visa sponsorship may be considered)

The Administrative Fellowship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is an 18–24-month postgraduate leadership development experience offered by one of the leading pediatric medical centers in the United States. It provides fellows with broad exposure to hospital operations, including strategic planning, financial analysis, project leadership, and executive governance. Fellows work on meaningful operational initiatives, participate in leadership and board meetings, and receive formal mentorship from senior executives. The first year focuses on project-based experiential learning tailored to the fellow’s interests and organizational objectives. The second year offers opportunities for interim management roles or targeted strategic assignments to further strengthen leadership skills. The program’s goal is to prepare participants for high-impact roles in healthcare management and leadership following completion.
