Fellowship in Administrative

The Administrative Fellowship Program at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine is a 12-month, full-time postgraduate fellowship designed to develop future healthcare and academic medicine leaders. Fellows work closely with senior leadership and gain practical experience across areas such as finance, human resources, faculty affairs, research administration, education administration, information technology, and faculty practice management. The program includes mentorship, leadership development, professional networking, and approximately 3–5 major project assignments during the fellowship. Fellows also participate in leadership meetings and complete a capstone presentation highlighting their work and accomplishments.

4. Submit 3 signed letters of recommendationAt least one from a graduate program director or faculty member
5. At least one from a current or former employer
6. The third may be from a graduate program, employer, or academic/professional reference
4. Submit a Personal Statement, maximum 2 pages
5. Selected candidates participate in first-round Zoom interviews
6. Shortlisted candidates participate in the final on-site interview
7. Successful candidate joins the program on the designated start date
