Chamarajanagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Yadapura

The Chamarajanagar Institute of medical sciences (An Autonomous Institute of Govt of Karnataka) is registered on 21.03.2013 under the Karnataka Societies Registration Act, 1960 (Karnataka Act 17 of 1960). The institute is affiliated to RGUHS from 2013 – 2014 onwards with the commitment of educating 150 medical Students every year. The institute has 42 acres of Land at Yadapura Village in the Survey No.124 of Chamarajanagar taluk. It has got 300 bedded well equipped District Hospital at B. Rachaiah Double Road in the heart of Chamarajanagar Town. The Institute is started by the Government of Karnataka with the intent of serving the population of the underdeveloped Border District of Karnataka.
