Course Overview

The IVI Vaccinology Fellowship is open to researchers from low- and middle-income countries and supports their participation in the International Vaccinology Course.
IVI invites researchers from these countries who are working, studying, or conducting research in vaccinology to apply for the fellowship.
It is recommended that applicants have a background in vaccines, biotechnology, public health, or a related field, with professional proficiency in English, as the course will be conducted entirely in English.
Applicants must be from a low- or middle-income country (LMIC).
Applicants should show strong leadership potential.
Applicants should have a career focus in vaccinology.
Applicants are required to select the IVC site nearest to their point of travel origin (ie. Kigali, Rwanda; Seoul, South Korea; Stockholm, Sweden).
Applicants will be required to complete six long-answer questions and submit the following materials: a poster presentation abstract, a curriculum vitae (CV), and two letters of recommendation.
It is strongly encourage all applicants to prepare these documents in advance before beginning the application process.
Incomplete applications and applicants with multiple submissions (ie. multiple e-mails, site locations) will be removed from the application pool.
