The Keck School of Medicine of USC Internal Medicine Residency Program is a 3-year ACGME-approved residency providing comprehensive training in inpatient and ambulatory internal medicine. The program follows a 3+1 curriculum, combining hospital-based rotations with dedicated ambulatory medicine weeks. Residents receive clinical training in internal medicine wards, MICU, CCU, neurology, emergency medicine, GI/liver, hematology-oncology, geriatrics, palliative care and addiction medicine. The curriculum also includes morning report, grand rounds, board review, quality improvement, simulation, ultrasound, procedures, research and scholarly activities across multiple USC-affiliated hospitals.
