Neonatal Perinatal Medicine Fellowship

1. Completion of the required residency training in pediatrics, in accordance with fellowship eligibility requirements.
2. Meet the applicable requirements of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and the fellowship program.
3. Hold the required medical degree and meet California medical licensure and institutional appointment requirements.
4. Submit a complete application through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
5. Provide a curriculum vitae, medical school transcript, Medical Student Performance Evaluation, personal statement, United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) transcript, and three letters of recommendation, including one from the residency program director.
