- MBBS qualification recognized by the National Medical Commission
- Completion of CRRI on or before the prescribed cutoff date
- Permanent or provisional registration with State Medical Council / NMC
- Qualification in NEET-PG for the relevant admission year
- Eligibility under Government, Management, or NRI quota as applicable
