1. MBBS degree from a recognized university.
2. Permanent or provisional registration with the NMC/State Medical Council.
3. Completion of compulsory internship (before counselling).
4. Valid NEET PG score/rank for admission year.
5. Meeting category-wise eligibility cutoff for counselling.
