AIMS, located within a large integrated medical campus at B.G. Nagara, offers students direct exposure to real-time hospital operations through its 1350+ bed Adichunchanagiri Hospital & Research Centre. The program blends theoretical learning in hospital planning, HR management, biomedical equipment management, healthcare quality, accreditation (NABH/NABL), and public health systems with extensive hands-on administrative training. Students receive mentorship from senior hospital administrators, medical superintendents, quality managers, and healthcare leaders. Field projects, internships, and case studies enhance managerial, analytical, and leadership capabilities. With a strong emphasis on operational excellence and patient-centered care, the MHA program prepares graduates for responsible roles in both public and private healthcare systems.
