Master of Hospital Administration (MHA)

Overview

The MHA at Bharathiar University is designed to bridge healthcare delivery with strategic management. Candidates learn healthcare systems, policy, operations, finance, human resources, quality assurance, and hospital marketing through classroom theory, case-based learning, clinical postings, and internships. The program aims to create skilled administrators capable of managing hospitals, clinics, accreditation initiatives, and healthcare consultancies. The program places emphasis on hands‑on learning through collaboration with hospitals and practical assignments.  

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from UGC-recognized university

Minimum ~50% marks (45% for reserved categories)

Admission generally based on merit; entrance tests or interview may apply per institution
