Fellowship in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery

The Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) Fellowship is a 3-year ACGME-accredited program designed to develop advanced clinical and surgical expertise in urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery. Fellows receive structured training across urogynecology, urology, geriatrics, urodynamics, colorectal surgery, gastroenterology, radiology, and physical therapy. The first two years include 12 months of protected research training with mentorship from urogynecology and reproductive sciences faculty, while the third year is primarily clinical, allowing fellows to progressively refine their independent surgical and clinical skills. Weekly multidisciplinary conferences and research activities further support academic development.

1. Submit the application through ERAS
2. Upload the required three letters of recommendation to ERAS according to the applicant’s residency-completion status
3. Submit all available CREOG scores as a single PDF to fellowships.OBGYN@ucdenver.edu
4. Clearly mention “URPS Fellowship” in the CREOG-score email
5. The program reviews applications and sends interview invitations to selected candidates
6. Attend the fellowship interview if shortlisted
7. For the 2026 application cycle, the deadline was January 26, 2026, with interviews on March 20 and April 23, 2026; the selected fellow will begin August 1, 2027
