The Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) Fellowship at UC Irvine School of Medicine, Irvine is a three-year, ACGME-accredited fellowship that provides advanced training in the evaluation and management of female pelvic floor disorders. Fellows gain comprehensive experience in treating urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, and other complex urogynecologic conditions through medical, surgical, and minimally invasive approaches. The program offers extensive training in reconstructive pelvic surgery, urodynamics, pelvic floor imaging, multidisciplinary patient care, and clinical research. Fellows also participate in teaching, quality improvement initiatives, and scholarly activities, preparing them for careers as urogynecologists, academic faculty, and clinical researchers in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.
