The Fellowship in Pediatric Urology at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine is a two-year ACGME-accredited fellowship providing advanced clinical and research training in the management of congenital and acquired urologic conditions in children and adolescents. The first year emphasizes intensive clinical and operative training, including pediatric urodynamics, reconstructive procedures, laparoscopic and robotic surgery, endoscopy, pediatric stone disease, urologic oncology, and renal transplantation. The second year is primarily dedicated to clinical or laboratory research, with fellows completing research projects, presenting findings at national meetings, and preparing manuscripts for publication. Training is conducted primarily at Children’s Hospital Colorado, with progressive responsibility and preparation for the Pediatric Urology subspecialty examination
