The Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship Program at the University of Minnesota Medical School is a 3-year fellowship focused on the diagnosis and management of arthritis and other rheumatic conditions in children and adolescents. Year 1 emphasizes clinical training through outpatient continuity clinics and inpatient consultations, while Years 2 and 3 are primarily devoted to research. Fellows have opportunities in basic, translational, clinical, and epidemiologic research, with access to the University of Minnesota’s Center for Immunology and School of Public Health. The program also provides opportunities for community outreach and participation in national pediatric rheumatology organizations.
