Fellows participate in structured didactics, morbidity & mortality conferences, journal clubs, and multidisciplinary subspecialty meetings. Training emphasizes surgical competence, clinical decision-making, research involvement, and teaching skills, preparing graduates for leadership roles in academic and clinical pediatric orthopedics.
