Fellowship in Neuroradiology

The Neuroradiology Fellowship at UMass Chan Medical School is a one-year ACGME-accredited fellowship providing comprehensive advanced training in neuroimaging of adult and pediatric brain, spine, and neck disorders. Fellows gain extensive experience in CT, MRI, structural and functional imaging, vascular imaging, and selected image-guided procedures such as lumbar puncture and myelography. Clinical exposure includes stroke, trauma, infections, brain and spine tumors, aneurysms, AVMs, seizure disorders, degenerative conditions, and head and neck diseases. The program also emphasizes research, quality assurance, multidisciplinary collaboration, teaching, and leadership development.

1. The Neuroradiology Fellowship accepts applications only through ERAS.
2. Register and submit the application through ERAS.
3. Submit an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
4. Submit a Personal Statement.
5. Provide the required Letters of Recommendation.
6. Submit the required USMLE/COMLEX examination documentation.
7. Provide documentation of ABR certification/eligibility or equivalent qualification.
8. IMG applicants should provide the required ECFMG certification documentation.
9. Complete any additional UMass Chan GME credentialing and licensing requirements before appointment.
10. Selected applicants are invited for an interview.
11. The program participates in the NRMP Match.
