Fellowship in Cardiology

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency
• Must be board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine
• Valid USMLE scores required
• ECFMG certification mandatory for International Medical Graduates
• Submission of application via ERAS with:
• CV
• Personal statement
• Medical school transcripts
• 3 letters of recommendation
• Participation in the NRMP Match process
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization/visa (program may have visa restrictions)
• Strong academic and clinical background preferred

The General Cardiology Fellowship Program at UICOM is a comprehensive, ACGME-accredited training program designed to develop physicians into well-rounded cardiology specialists with expertise in all aspects of cardiovascular care.
