Eligibility

  1. Must have completed an ACGME-accredited residency in:
  2. Anesthesiology (most common pathway)
  3. or other eligible specialties (as per ACGME guidelines)
  4. Should hold an MD or equivalent medical degree
  5. Must be board-eligible or board-certified in the primary specialty
  6. Eligibility for medical licensure in California (before joining)
  7. For international applicants:
  8. Valid ECFMG certification (if applicable)
  9. Eligibility for visa sponsorship (J-1/H-1B) depending on program policy
  10. Strong academic profile with clinical and ICU exposure preferred
