Eligibility
- Must have completed an ACGME-accredited residency in:
- Anesthesiology (most common pathway)
- or other eligible specialties (as per ACGME guidelines)
- Should hold an MD or equivalent medical degree
- Must be board-eligible or board-certified in the primary specialty
- Eligibility for medical licensure in California (before joining)
- For international applicants:
- Valid ECFMG certification (if applicable)
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (J-1/H-1B) depending on program policy
- Strong academic profile with clinical and ICU exposure preferred
