The Andrology Fellowship at UCSF School of Medicine is a 2-year clinical and research fellowship designed to develop expertise in male reproductive and sexual health and prepare fellows for academic leadership in andrology. The first year is dedicated to focused clinical and basic laboratory research in areas such as male genetic infertility, erectile dysfunction, infertility epidemiology, and testis cancer biology. The second year provides intensive clinical training in erectile dysfunction, male infertility, male reproductive endocrinology, priapism, adult testicular torsion, epididymitis, penile fracture, and penoscrotal trauma. Fellows also develop advanced macro- and microsurgical skills, outpatient management expertise, research and scientific communication skills, and teaching abilities.
