Fellowship in Andrology

• Be a graduate of an approved Urology Residency Program.
• Hold a medical degree (MD/DO or equivalent; MBBS or equivalent for international graduates).
• International applicants must have ECFMG certification.
• International applicants must have completed USMLE Step 1 and USMLE Step 2 CK.
• Demonstrate interest and experience in male reproductive medicine, infertility, and sexual medicine.

The Andrology Fellowship Program at the University of Illinois College of Medicine (UICOM), Chicago is a 13-month advanced clinical fellowship focused on comprehensive training in male reproductive medicine, male infertility, and sexual medicine. The program provides specialized experience in the evaluation and treatment of male reproductive disorders, including male infertility, erectile dysfunction, hormonal disorders, reproductive microsurgery, sperm retrieval techniques, vasectomy reversal, and fertility preservation. Fellows receive extensive hands-on training in outpatient clinics, operating rooms, microsurgical procedures, and multidisciplinary patient care. The fellowship also emphasizes clinical research, innovation, and academic development to prepare physicians for advanced practice in andrology and male reproductive health.
