The Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Fellowship is a 24-month ACGME-accredited fellowship jointly offered by Children’s Hospital Colorado and University of Colorado Hospital. The program provides comprehensive training in the care of adults with congenital heart disease, with clinical experiences tailored to each fellow’s background and career interests. Fellows gain exposure to a broad regional ACHD population, interdisciplinary consultation, clinical care, and education of non-congenital cardiologists and internists. The program aims to develop fellows into skilled leaders in ACHD, and graduates are eligible for ABIM board certification in Adult Congenital Heart Disease.
